Valerie is a native of Los Angeles, California
but between schooling, the military and the private sector has moved
around throughout her life. In addition to California and New York,
she has also called New Jersey, Colorado, Germany, Texas (twice)
and Florida (for the past 9 years) home. In 2005, she met her husband
and in November 2006, they were blessed with the birth of their
first child.
She was drawn to coaching during her civilian career
where as both a middle manager and a senior manager, colleagues,
associates and employees would often approach her to seek her guidance
on work issues. What she came to realize is that at different times
in our lives and for different reasons, most of us struggle with
some aspect of our career. For some it may be a balance issue, for
others it may be that the job wasn’t as expected or the environment
is out of sync with personal values or any of one hundred other
reasons that drain our energy. She was inspired to go back into
Corporate America and affect change in that area. She
became passionate about bridging the gap.

Are
you ready to take your life to a different level? Valerie relates
to her clients because she has been exactly where they are. She
created her “one day” and now she is passionate about
supporting others to do the same. The career and life you have always
wanted doesn’t have to mean waiting 10 years, 5 years or even
3 years down the road. Your one day could begin today. Simply make
a choice for change. If nothing ever changes,
nothing ever changes…
